* Consistent micron pattern = correct micron filtration. Each wind pattern creates a specific micron targeted removal. Our winders are gear driven resulting in zero variation in winding pattern. Filterco will test for filter diameter, filter length and very important filter net weight. Each micron pattern has a specific net weight target per length.
* Short lead times, we stock many variations of filters.
* Have an emergency. If your customer has a problem and needs filters so as to not shut down his operations. If you are a Filterco customer, you will have our cell phone number for off hours and weekends. Call us so we can start on a fix.
* True story, One of our customers operated a custom bottling plant and had a bad batch of cleaning solution and needed filters to continue operating. UPS was on strike, so the same day we personally delivered filters to keep the plant running. Now, that was only a two hour drive, but it should show our commitment to service.
